At Colugo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the unworn items with original tags in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
